I found this article very interesing and thought provoking.  It would be a great canditate for posting in your coffee room at work.

My favorite website for bike reviews is Ben Edwards’ testrider.com.  In this review he rides Cannondale’s new, high-end, full carbon road bike.   Have a look and hear what Ben has to say about the Cannondale SuperSix.  Then come down to the Fort Street Cycle showroom and take a one out for a test ride and feel what all the hype is about.

I came across this on the Self-Transcendance webpage while I was updating the local race calender.  The video does take some time to download but is well worth the wait.

Current fitting systems - no matter how fancy - still have to force a particular foot (namely yours) to conform to a standardized shoe size. But shoes aren’t socks. Gaps and uneven contact points between your human foot and your man-made shoe degrade the transfer of power from your body to your bike. Every gap slows you down.
