I came across this on the Self-Transcendance webpage while I was updating the local race calender.  The video does take some time to download but is well worth the wait.

Last year all of us at the Self-Transcendence triathlon were moved by an extraordinary feat of will and hope. Victor Vandeboomen did the triathlon just 8 months after seriously breaking his neck in a cycling accident. Saanich News wrote an article about Victor prior to the race. We also produced a short video about the race. Most of it is actually about Victor. What a story of hope and encouragement!
