Hydration Tip

I have had a number of athletes ask me about a solution to their drinking problem. I tell them right away that I’m no therapist. They quickly tell me that the problem they are having is with the liquid from the Profile Design Aero drink system splashing out of the bottle during bumpy sections of roads they ride. So I did a little looking and found on Slowtwich.com this solution. All you will need is a 125ml Tupperware container, knife, and a couple of small screws.

First you will need to trim the very bottom of the Tupperware off (about 5mm). Then insert the container into the opening of the drink system. You can then secure the container with two small screws through the bottle and container near the opening. Good luck and train safe.
